Los Angeles Attractions – The Sights and Sounds of LA

If you are planning to go and visit LA, it becomes apparent that there are so many sights and places to visit that you can’t possibly do it in a matter of days. There are just too many attractions to see and visit. Of course, this doesn’t mean however that you can’t try.

There are plenty of ways to approach your touring of LA. When deciding you need to consider your mode of transportation. Figure out whether you’re going to use a rental car, taxis, buses, subways, or even a helicopter. Since Los Angeles is so huge and most Los Angeles Attractions are never concentrated in just one area, you need to figure out the places you want to visit per city. Rank them in order of the most important ones for you to the least important destinations you think you should visit. Then determine the steps that you need to take, taking into consideration your effort in getting to those places. Be aware that Los Angeles is known for its traffic jams, so it is best to avoid driving especially during rush hours.

A great way to explore LA, without the need of having to drive yourself, is to take a tour of LA. Tour companies abound, and each one is willing to accommodate you as a tourist and show you around some of the famous attractions. You can either take a bus or a private van tour. If you take a tour this way, it gives you a chance to relax and take pictures while somebody else drives. The drivers, in this case, also function as your tour guide. They will be able to drive you to some of the most famous Los Angeles attractions and provide you interesting stories and facts about the place.

If you are the type of person who doesn’t consider a van tour to be exciting, then you might want to try out an aerial tour of Los Angeles instead. Having a helicopter tour allows you to see most of LA in a very short time. A helicopter tour is a great way to provide excitement in your trip to LA. While avoiding traffic, your pilot may take you to downtown LA, Sunset Blvd, Griffith Observatory, and of course, Hollywood. A good pilot will point out areas of interest and fly the helicopter to allow you to take the best possible pictures.
