There are almost as many activities to do in Oahu as interests a person can have. Maybe you arrive to this island looking for the amazing and vary beaches, but The Island of Oahu will surprise you with all kinds of attractions.

For many years, artists have been exhibiting their art works on the east side of The Honolulu Zoo’s fence. A wide rage of art styles can be seen here and you can meet the artists in person to talk about their pieces of art.

The biggest museum in the state of Hawaii, the Bishop Museum, has about 25 million items. Looking at those items you might learn about Hawaii and other regions of the Polynesia history and culture.

The Honolulu Zoo, with an area of 42 acres, is a centre for environmental education and research. There are different programs, for adults and children. “Snooze at the Zoo” is a monthly activity to experience with the family or a group of friends. You camp out of the zoo and sleep under the stars.

The most popular attraction in Oahu, Pearl Harbor, pull towards thousands of tourists, so you can go early in the morning to avoid crowds. Pearl Harbor Museum shows the Japanese attack to Pearl Harbor during the II World War.

Amazing views of Honolulu and Waikiki can be seen from the top of Diamond Head.

There are two stairs so you can climb this extinct volcano, one with 99 steps and another one with 76 steps. Diamond Head is probably the most popular crater in the world.

Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head are a must if you are at the most popular island in Hawaii. But there are lost of other Oahu attractions so you can enjoy every single of your stay at the most popular island of Hawaii.
